As we expand our operations across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Billing Engineer to join our technical team.

Role Overview: The Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring accurate measurement, timely billing, and strict adherence to contract specifications for both irrigation systems and building structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measurement & Billing: Taking accurate site measurements and preparing interim/final bills for clients (government and private) based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Sub-contractor Management: Verifying and processing bills submitted by sub-contractors and vendors.
• Rate Analysis: Conducting detailed rate analysis for extra items or deviations from the original contract.
• Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive records of measurement books (MB), BBS (Bar Bending Schedules), and material reconciliation statements.
• Coordination: Working closely with Site Engineers and Project Managers to track work progress against the planned schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in billing and quantity surveying, specifically within irrigation or building construction sectors.
• Documentation: Candidates must possess valid experience certificates from previous employers to be eligible.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of IS codes, PWD/Irrigation department schedules of rates (SOR).
• Expertise in Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and material reconciliation.
• Soft Skills: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel and stay at project locations across various districts in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
