Role Objective:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is executed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Management: Supervise all construction activities on-site, including excavation, masonry, RCC work, finishing, and MEP installations.

• Labor Supervision: Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors and daily wage labor to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to deadlines.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all materials used and work performed meet the structural and aesthetic standards defined in the project blueprints.

• Material Management: Maintain records of material receipts, consumption, and wastage. Ensure timely requisition of materials to prevent work halts.

• Reporting: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and communicate site updates, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager regularly.
