Digital Marketing Executive / Office Boy/ Immigration Consultant/ Recruitment Specialist

Office Boy:

(No graduation required/ basic English only)

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
• Assist with office errands such as banking, courier services, and purchasing supplies
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and report shortages
• Support administrative staff with basic tasks as required
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
• Follow instructions from supervisors and management

Digital Marketing Executive:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
• Manage and optimize company website and landing pages
• Create, schedule & design SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
• Run and monitor paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Collaborate with sales teams for making post & boosting post
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes

Recruitment Specialist:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
• Develop and post job descriptions on job portals and social media
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Immigration Consultant-:

• Advise clients on immigration options, visa categories, and eligibility requirements
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs
• Prepare, review, and submit visa and immigration applications
• Ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and government authorities
• Maintain accurate client records and case files
• Provide excellent customer service and regular case updates
• Handle follow-ups and respond to client queries professionally
