Financial Advisor

The Financial Services Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing client financial services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading teams to deliver high-quality financial products and services. This role focuses on financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and improving overall financial performance.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily financial services operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and industry standards
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
• Manage relationships with clients, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead, train, and evaluate financial services staff
• Improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred
• Proven experience in financial services or financial management
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Work Environment:Office-based with standard business hours
