Sales Co-ordinator

Job Description:

1. Vehicle Inventory Handling

• Coordinate repossessed / surrendered vehicle pickups
• Maintain accurate inventory records (yard, vendor, in-transit)
• Conduct primary vehicle inspections and grading with the technical team

2. Refurbishment Coordination

• Assign vehicles to empanelled workshops/vendors
• Monitor repair progress and ensure TAT adherence
• Verify repair estimates and control refurbishment costs
• Conduct final quality checks before resale readiness

3. Vendor Management

• Build and maintain relationships with local refurbishment partners
• Negotiate repair costs and ensure cost efficiency

4. Resale Execution

• Coordinate with local dealers, aggregators, and buyers
• Build strong sourcing channels for customers
• Assist in price discovery based on local market trends
• Ensure smooth documentation and delivery of vehicles

5. Compliance & Risk Control

• Ensure proper documentation, RC handling, and compliance
• Prevent pilferage, misuse, or inventory leakages
• Escalate discrepancies or delays promptly

6. Reporting & MIS

• Maintain daily tracking of:
• Inventory status
• Refurbishment stage
• Sale status
• Aging analysis
• Submit periodic performance updates to the Supervisor
