Security Manager

We are looking for SECURITY MANAGER For field Supervision in our company , BPIS PVT. LTD. to manage and supervise security operations at various client locations. The candidate should be capable of handling security staff, ensuring discipline, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage and supervise security guards and supervisors
• Prepare duty rosters and deployment planning
• Conduct regular site inspections and surprise visits
• Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and uniform compliance
• Handle client communication and resolve security-related issues
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports
• Train security staff on safety procedures and emergency response

Minimum Graduate (Preferred)

• 2+ years experience in security or manpower management.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Ability to handle manpower and client pressure.
