Site Engineer (Solar)

Job Title: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor – Solar EPC

Qualification:

Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site installation of solar PV systems including modules, mounting structures, inverters, and cabling
• Manage technicians, installers, and subcontractors at the project site
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site operations
• Maintain daily progress reports, work logs, and site documentation
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety standards
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of solar systems

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of solar PV installation and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
