Job Title: Solar Technician

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Wireman, Fitter, or related field

Key Responsibilities:



• Install solar PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, and DC/AC cabling at site
• Carry out wiring, earthing, and termination work as per drawings
• Assist in assembly and erection of module mounting structures
• Support inverter installation and electrical connections
• Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities
• Follow instructions from Site Engineer / Supervisor
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical work and solar installations
• Ability to use electrical tools and measuring instruments
• Understanding of site safety practices
• Physically fit for field work and outdoor conditions
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites if required
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• PreferredITI Electrician / Wireman certification
• Prior experience in solar EPC or electrical installation projects
