Store Incharge

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Incharge for our jewellery shop in Gorakhpur. The candidate will be fully responsible for daily stock management, store operations, and floor supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily physical checking of jewellery stock and maintaining accurate records

• Placing orders with suppliers when stock levels are low

• Receiving, verifying, and safely storing jewellery items

• Maintaining proper stock reconciliation and preventing losses

• Supervising floor operations and guiding staff

• Ensuring jewellery safety, cleanliness, and proper display

• Handling basic billing and customer coordination when required

• Reporting daily stock status and issues to the owner

Requirements:

• Experience in a jewellery shop or retail store (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of stock handling and loss prevention

• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good communication skills in Hindi
