• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls to answer queries and provide information about the company’s offerings.
• Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
• Handle customer complaints or objections professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
