• Make outbound calls for EMI & premium collections 📞
• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments 💰
• Handle debt recovery conversations professionally 🤝
• Negotiate payment commitments and schedules 🗣️
• Maintain call records and collection updates 🗂️
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets 🎯
• Build polite and professional communication with customers 😊
• 📋 Job Requirements:
• 🎂 Age: 18 – 40 years
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Gender: Both genders allowed
• 🎓 Education: 12th Pass
• 🗣️ English: Basic English
• 🧑‍💼 Experience: Freshers can apply
• 🕘 Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)
• 📍 Application Area: Candidates within 25 KM preferred
