Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable handling objections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
  • Generate leads and follow up on existing leads.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize campaigns.
