Application Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Project Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers, designers, and testers, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Technical Oversight: Evaluate current technologies and ensure applications meet the latest standards
• Quality Assurance: Set and implement policies and procedures related to application quality standards and testing
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, analyse their impact, and develop mitigation strategies
• Business & vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with business, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring their requirements & alignment in sync
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize mobile app analytics tools to track app performance and user engagement

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in tools selenium, JIRA, Git etc.
• Technical proficiency with coding languages such as Java, React Native, .Net Core and flutter
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Atleast 5+ years of work experience
• Proven work experience as a Mobile Application Project Manager or similar role, with a solid technical background in software development and web technologies
• BTech / BE / Graduate
