The Opportunity: At 7 Fin, we don’t just process loans; we bridge the gap between financial dreams and reality. We are looking for a Back End Associate who will be the "Engine Room" of our company. This isn't a "Back Office" job. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as the right hand to our leadership, ensuring our sales engine, banking partnerships, and office operations run with clinical precision.

Your Core Responsibilities:

·       The Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact between our Sales team and Banking Partners.

• Data Mastery: Maintain a precise MIS (Management Information System) to track every lead, every file, and every disbursement.

• Productivity Tracking: Monitor branch and sales performance records, providing the management with the data needed to make "Smarter" decisions.
• Flow Management: Oversee lead assignments and management to ensure maximum efficiency.
