• Oversee and enhance the new product development process to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. 

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvement 

       strategies. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable plans. 

• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals. 

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product development and management.
