Accountant

• Accounting & Ledger Management:

o Oversee daily entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and bank transactions.

o Reconcile vendor/customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Taxation & Compliance:

o File monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS returns data, ESIC / PF Challan Payment, and handle e-way bills.

o Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.

• Financial Reporting:

o Generate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash statements.

o Provide financial insights to management for budgeting and planning.

• Banking & Payments:

o Manage bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and vendor payments.

o Maintain petty cash records.

• System & Process Improvement:

o Implement accounting software (Tally, etc.) best practices.

o Train junior accountants and improve internal controls.

o Knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
