Accounts Executive

✅ Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accounts & Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliances, and working with government portals.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals & businesses
• Prepare and file GST returns (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Handle EPF & ESI return filing
• File ROC (MCA) forms and ensure annual compliance, including AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Coordinate with clients and respond to compliance queries

✅ Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS & MCA compliance
• Good understanding of accounting principles & financial statements
• Hands-on experience with government portals:

1. GSTN
2. Income Tax Portal
3. MCA Portal
4. EPFO / ESIC

• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize & meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

✅ Qualifications:

Minimum: B.Com / CA Inter / CS Executive / CA Dropout

Experience in a CA Firm is mandatory

Minimum 06 months of relevant experience in accounting & compliance
