Accounts Manager

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
• Maintain accurate ledgers of sales, purchase, expenses, and payments.
• Handle vendor bills, customer invoices, and receipts.

2. GST & TDS Compliance

• Prepare and verify GST input/output details.
• Assist in filing monthly GST returns.
• Ensure TDS deductions and maintain related records.

3. Bank & Payment Management

• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Process vendor payments after verification and approval.
• Follow up for pending payments from customers.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare basic MIS reports like outstanding, expenses, and cash flow.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, challans, and statements.
• Coordinate with auditors for monthly/annual audits.

5. Internal Coordination

• Work with procurement, sales, and operations teams for billing clarity.
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices, stock, or pricing.
• Skills Required:Good knowledge of Tally / Zoho / any accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
