Role: Admission Counsellor

📍 Location: Noida (Sector 18) & Greater Noida (Alpha 1)

🕒 Type: Full-Time, Onsite

👩‍🎓 Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome)

What You’ll Do?

Counsel prospective students and guide them to the right courses.

Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries effectively.

Explain course details, fees, and outcomes with clarity and empathy.

Follow up with leads and ensure admissions targets are met.

Support demo classes, admission drives, and community events.

Build strong student relationships to drive satisfaction and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).

✅ Confidence, empathy, and persuasion ability.

✅ A people-first mindset with a professional approach.

✅ Prior counselling/sales/education experience is a plus.

✅ Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
