Admission Counsellor

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Telecalling / Admission Counselling / EdTech Sale

The role involves counselling prospective students, handling enquiries, and assisting them throughout the admission process while working towards conversion targets. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills who can guide students effectively and help them make informed decisions regarding their education.

Key Responsibilities • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admission procedures • Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads • Guide students through the complete admission journey • Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions • Achieve counselling and admission conversion targets • Provide a positive and professional experience to prospective students

Work Schedule Shift Timings: • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Days: • 7 days working with one weekly rotational off

Candidate Requirements • Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Telecalling / Admission Counselling / EdTech Sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong convincing and counselling ability • Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset • Basic computer knowledge
