Area Manager

Job Description

The Area Manager is responsible for managing and supervising multiple outlets/branches within the assigned area. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining service quality, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of all assigned stores/outlets in the area.
2. Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
3. Monitor store performance, KPIs, and PO values regularly.
4. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure SOP compliance.
5. Recruit, train, guide, and evaluate Store Managers and staff.
6. Ensure high customer service standards are maintained at all locations.
7. Handle escalated customer complaints and operational issues.
8. Control inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
9. Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
10. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
11. Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Supply Chain, and HO for smooth functioning.
12. Implement company policies, new processes, and promotions in the area.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Retail / QSR / Sales / Operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of operations, inventory, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple locations and pressure situations.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
