• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations
• Ensure safety, discipline, and well-being of all residents
• Monitor housekeeping, food quality, and maintenance
• Handle student concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain attendance and visitor records
• Coordinate with security staff and management team
• Conduct regular room inspections
• Ensure proper implementation of hostel rules
