Billing Executive

Bakersway is looking for a responsible and organized Billing & Admin Executive to manage billing operations, customer interaction, and basic administrative tasks at our bakery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customers, maintaining records, and supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Billing & Invoicing

• Generate customer bills and invoices
• Maintain daily sales records
• Handle billing software and POS system

2. Customer Dealing

• Assist walk-in customers at the store
• Handle order inquiries and coordinate with the kitchen team
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers

3. Book Keeping

• Maintain daily expense and sales entries
• Record basic accounts and keep financial records organized

4. Email Marketing & Communication

• Send promotional emails to customers
• Maintain and update customer database
• Assist in sending festival or promotional campaign emails
• RequirementsBasic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Billing Software)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Organized and responsible personality
• Prior experience in billing/admin role preferred

Salary₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours - Full-time (6 days a week)
