Role Overview

Alcazar Exim is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to support business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving consistent revenue. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and expanding Alcazar Exim’s presence in domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and convert new sales leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, customization, and delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sales (B2B experience preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email tools, and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
