Responsibilities:

• Handling client queries over the phone, Email, and during online/offline Meetings
• Communicate with the team and update his/her Team lead/Manager about his progress.
• Follow up the clients through WhatsApp, Emails and Calls as is needed.
• Counseling our Clients looking for PR Visa Australia.
• Complete A to Z closing the sales.
• Maintaining good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Each sale will be awarded with good incentives and thus the more sales the employee does, the more incentives they take home.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication skills in English and his/her mother tongue - Reading, writing and speaking
• Must have a positive attitude towards work and team and confident enough to deal with the clients.
• Should be passionate to sell or do sales.
• Should be a quick learner and be part of the flow.
• Should be willing to take up challenges and meet sales targets consistently.
• Should have the skill to convince the clients to enroll.
• An individual contributor as well as a team player.
• Must be smart and intelligent while taking decisions and have a professional approach towards client as well as in the team
• Computer Knowledge in MS Office and Google Sheets
• Can Start early from the office at 7.30 AM on wards.
