Job Overview

Kareer Coach is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive

to join our team. The candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and

Hindi and be comfortable interacting with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls and lead generation.

Communicate with potential clients and explain products/services effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

●

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

●

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

●

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

●

Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Inside Sales.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.●
