Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Channel Partner to build, manage, and expand relationships with new and existing channel partners for our real estate projects. The role focuses on driving sales through brokers, CPs, and real estate consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage new channel partners/brokers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs
- Promote builder projects, pricing & offers
- Support CPs in lead conversion and closures
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate channel sales
- Strong broker/CP network
- Good communication & negotiation skills
