Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to build relationships with manufacturing Industries' HR

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing, recruitment, and HR outsourcing services.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, understand hiring needs, and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs).
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery as per client expectations.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and reporting KPIs to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
• Key Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or staffing/recruitment business development preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as needed.
