Prepare and formulate Ayurvedic medicines as per classical texts and company standards

Conduct raw material testing and quality checks

Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and documentation

Ensure compliance with AYUSH and GMP guidelines

Monitor laboratory equipment and maintain cleanliness

Perform stability and quality testing of finished products

Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams

Maintain inventory of chemicals and herbal raw materials

Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations and herbs

Understanding of GMP & AYUSH regulations

Basic knowledge of laboratory instruments and testing methods

Attention to detail and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Develop and formulate herbal skincare & haircare products

Ensure quality testing of raw materials and finished products

Maintain batch records and documentation

Follow GMP & regulatory guidelines
