We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Civil, Interior & MEP works

If you are a result driven professional with a passion for managing fast-paced interior and MEP projects - this role is for you.

We’re looking for an experienced senior project manager to lead our on-site and off-site project operations from planning to final handover.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead multiple interior and MEP projects.

2. Plan, schedule and monitor all project activities for timely completion.

3. Collaborate with clients, designers, vendors & site teams.

4. Review drawings, BOQs & ensure smooth site execution.

5. Manage cost, quality and safety standards.

6. Guide and mentor project engineers and site staffs.

Requirements:

1. Qualification: B.E. / B.TECH in Civil Engineering 

2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in interior fit-out / MEP project execution.

3. Excellent leadership, communication and co-ordination skills.

4.the process of invoicing clients for completed work, materials, and other project costs to ensure steady cash flow and profitability. It involves tracking all expenses, creating detailed invoices that include a breakdown of costs and payment
