Collection Executive / Officer

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller for our Collection Agency who will be responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding dues. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills to ensure timely payments while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue accounts.
• Follow up through calls, SMS, and emails to ensure payment is received on time.
• Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options to customers clearly.
• Negotiate payment terms and settlements within defined company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update payment status in the system.
• Handle objections and queries in a polite yet firm manner.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the Team Leader/Manager for further action.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company protocols, and data privacy policies.
• Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve collection strategies.

• Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and assertive under pressure.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, or collection software).
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Good listening and problem-solving ability.
• Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service (freshers can also apply).

Prior experience in a Collection Agency, BPO, or Financial Institution will be an added advantage.
