Cook / Chef / Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, counters, and work areas.
• Greet customers and take orders politely.
• Ensure beverage presentation and taste consistency.
• Handle POS billing and cash transactions if required.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist in café opening and closing duties.
• Maintain good customer experience and handle basic complaints.
• Skills & RequirementsKnowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
• Basic understanding of espresso machines and grinders.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in café or coffee shop operations.
• Basic latte art skills (preferred but not mandatory).
