Customer Aquisition Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Acquisition Executive to drive customer acquisition process and client engagement through outbound and inbound calling. The candidate will play a key role in identifying potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating site visits for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and marketing leads
• Handle inbound enquiries from digital campaigns and other marketing sources
• Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and investment opportunities clearly
• Understand client requirements, budget, and buying preferences
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects
• Consistently work towards achieving individual and team goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Positive attitude with a results-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of real estate sales process (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
