Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries efficiently, and provide an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle calls professionally.


Key Responsibilities


Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner


Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively


Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies


Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service


Document customer interactions and update records in the system


Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required


Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, CSAT, quality, etc.)


Follow company processes, guidelines, and compliance standards
