Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

● Manage daily social media operations (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X,

YouTube, etc.)

● Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and video content

● Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns

● Write captions, hashtags, and creative copy

● Increase followers, reach, and engagement organically

● Run and optimize paid ads (Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads)

● Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries

● Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

● Stay updated with trends and competitor strategies

● Coordinate with designers and other team members when required

Requirements

● 1–3+ years of experience in social media management

● Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook growth strategies

● Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or basic design tools

● Use AI tools to improve productivity and content quality

● AI video editing tools (CapCut, InVideo, etc.)

● Experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads (bonus)

● Excellent communication & writing skills

● Creative mindset with trend awareness

● Self-motivated and organized
