Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our real estate company based in Noida Extension. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation through Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with basic content creation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns for real estate lead generation.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and cost per lead (CPL).
• Create basic marketing creatives using Canva.
• Write simple ad copies and marketing content for campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Understanding of lead generation strategies in digital marketing.
• Basic content writing and creative design skills.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing creatives.
• Knowledge of the real estate marketing industry is a plus.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
