About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end digital campaigns for our real estate projects, focusing on lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

• Generate quality real estate leads and manage CRM follow-ups.

• Improve website traffic through SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

• Coordinate with the creative team for ad designs, videos, and promotional content.

• Track and analyse campaign performance and submit monthly reports.

• Stay updated with real estate digital trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate digital marketing & lead generation.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and Analytics.

• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Creativity, analytical mindset, and team coordination abilities.

Qualification:

• Graduate in Marketing / Business / Communication or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (Real Estate preferred).

• Google Ads or Digital Marketing certification is a plus.

Salary: Up to 7 LPA
