eCommerce Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee our online store operations end-to-end. This role combines technical expertise in Shopify and website management with hands-on execution of order dispatch operations and graphic design for digital assets. The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled professional who can seamlessly manage both the technical and operational aspects of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify & Website Management (40%)

• Manage and maintain our Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory updates, and catalog management

• Handle website backend operations, troubleshooting, and technical issues

• Implement and optimize Shopify apps and plugins to enhance functionality

• Monitor website performance, loading speeds, and user experience

• Coordinate with developers for major updates or custom feature implementations

• Manage payment gateway integrations and ensure smooth checkout processes

• Implement SEO best practices and optimize product pages for search visibility

Dispatch & Order Fulfillment (30%)

• Oversee daily order processing and dispatch operations

• Coordinate with courier partners and logistics providers

• Manage inventory tracking and stock level monitoring

• Handle order-related customer queries and resolve shipping issues

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery status

• Optimize packaging processes and ensure quality control

• Generate dispatch reports and track delivery performance metrics

Graphic Design & Visual Content (30%)

• Create product images, banners, and promotional graphics for the website

• Design social media graphics and marketing collateral

• Develop email marketing templates and campaign visuals

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets

• Edit and retouch product photography as needed

• Create seasonal campaign visuals and sale announcements

• Design packaging inserts, labels, and printed materials
