Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Communication: ○ Conduct a minimum of 200-250 outbound and follow-up calls daily to prospective students. ○ Address queries and provide accurate information about university programs and courses. 2. Student Counselling: ○ Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs. ○ Build rapport to convert leads into paid applications, meeting weekly and monthly targets. 3. Lead Management: ○ Efficiently manage and nurture leads allocated through CRM systems. ○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and follow-ups. 4. On-Campus Engagement: ○ Handle walk-ins and facilitate campus visits, providing detailed program insights. 5. Target Achievement: ○ Work towards achieving set enrollment goals while adhering to quality standards. ○ Weekly and Monthly Targets 6. Additional Duties: ○ Perform other tasks as assigned by the management to support departmental objectives. Qualifications and Skills Required: ● Education: Graduate in any discipline. ● Experience: ○ Fresher: Enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills. ○ Experienced: 1-3 years of experience in the education sector or a similar role is preferred. ● Key Skills: ○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ○ Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. ○ Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills. ○ Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.
