Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain various machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Document and report on maintenance activities and repairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: ITI, Diploma, or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in fitting or mechanical maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various hand and power tools, reading technical diagrams, and performing mechanical repairs.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with industrial machinery and packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
