Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule work, assign tasks, and motivate electricians.
2. Train and mentor junior staff on new procedures, codes, and safety
3. Plan and oversee electrical projects, installations, and maintenance. 
4. Monitor progress, manage materials, and control budgets. 
5. Troubleshoot major system failures and complex issues. 
6. Prepare work schedules, timesheets, and payroll records. 
7. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. 
8. Collaborate with other team and communicate with Clients.
9. Strong leadership and communication
10. Expert knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
11. Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
