KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lesson Planning & Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lessons on grammar, literature, writing, and vocabulary.
• Skill Development: Teach students to analyze texts, structure sentences, write essays, and speak articulately.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, creative, and organized learning environment.
• Assessment & Feedback: Grade papers, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Student Support: Identify students needing extra help and create individualized plans; encourage discussion and critical thinking.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with other staff and communicate regularly with parents about student performance.
• Professional Growth: Stay updated on new teaching methods and educational technologies.
