Factory Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our Ayurvedic/unani/ cosmetics production unit. The candidate will ensure smooth production processes, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with GMP and AYUSH regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day production activities in the Ayurvedic and herbal cosmetics unit

Monitor manufacturing processes as per approved formulations and and create SOPs

Ensure compliance with GMP, AYUSH, and quality standards

Manage shop floor staff, assign duties, and monitor performance

Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production documentation

Coordinate with Quality Control and R&D departments

Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods

Maintain safety, hygiene, and discipline on the factory floor

Monitor machine operations and report maintenance issues

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic/unani medicines and herbal cosmetic production

Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance

Leadership and team management skills

Good documentation and reporting ability

Problem-solving and decision-making skills
