Field Marketing Executive

Job Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager – Industrial Heating Systems

Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and grow business in process industries
• Promote Circulation Heaters, Inline Heaters, Air Fin Heaters, and Custom Heating Systems
• Generate leads through client visits, EPCs, consultants, exhibitions, and online channels
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals with engineering teams
• Negotiate and close profitable orders
• Manage key client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Track competitors, market trends, and new opportunities
• Coordinate internally for order execution and after-sales support
• Maintain CRM pipeline and submit regular sales reports
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

Salary:

₹ 45,000 – ₹ 75,000 (Fixed: ₹ 45,000 – ₹ 55,000 + Incentive: ₹ 20,000)
