Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, and closing deals for services such as website development, web applications, ERP/CRM solutions, and customized software tailored to business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling
  • Generate new business opportunities for IT services including:
  • Website development
  • Web application development
  • ERP/CRM solutions
  • Customized software solutions
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to understand client requirements
  • Pitch company services effectively and propose suitable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper requirement gathering and solution delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to non-technical clients
  • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
  • Basic knowledge of IT services like websites, apps, ERP, and CRM systems

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Strong networking and lead generation skills
