General Manager Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, Brokers, and IPCs for consistent inventory movement.
• Conduct regular CP meetings, site visits, product presentations, and scheme briefings.
• Monitor team performance, conduct daily reviews, and ensure target achievement.
• Generate new channel partnerships and expand broker network in the region.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiation, and closure of deals.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and accounts for smooth booking and documentation process.
• Maintain MIS reports and sales funnel data.
