Job Title: GeM Portal Executive

Role SummaryThe GeM Portal Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end activities related to product/service registration, bidding, order processing, and compliance on the GeM portal. The role ensures smooth participation in government tenders and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities1️⃣ GeM Portal Management-Product/service listing and catalog management on GeM

Updating pricing, specifications, and inventory

Handling bid participation (RA, BOQ, direct purchase, L1, etc.)

Monitoring daily notifications and bid opportunities

• 2️⃣ Tender & Bid ProcessingPrepare and submit bids with required documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and approvals
• Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions
• Track bid results and follow-up on order confirmations
• 3️⃣ Order ManagementProcess received orders on GeM
• Coordinate dispatch, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain order records and documentation
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience handling GeM portal operations
• Knowledge of government tendering processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
