Job Title: Gym Instructor (Female)

Location: PinkGym, Kaveri City Centre, Delta 1, Greater Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Experience Level: 0–3 years (Freshers with certification may apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and certified Female Gym Instructor to guide, motivate, and assist our female members in achieving their fitness goals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about health and wellness, have strong communication skills, and ensure a positive and safe gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members with their workout plans and fitness goals.

Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts.

Conduct personal training sessions and group fitness classes (e.g., functional training, strength training).

Create customized workout programs for members based on their fitness levels and goals.

Monitor members’ progress and adjust plans when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the gym floor and equipment.

Ensure that all gym rules and safety standards are followed.

Motivate members to maintain consistency and discipline in their fitness journey.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Certification in fitness training.

Good understanding of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition basics.

Prior experience in a gym or fitness center (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude.
