JD Female Trainer

Location: Noida

• Conduct 5–6 daily group classes (max 15 members) & 3–4 personal training slots.

• Design plans for fat-loss, muscle tone, mobility

• Track body-comp, HR zones, sleep & nutrition on our app; deliver monthly progress reports.

• Maintain immaculate equipment, weekly deep-clean & safety audits.

Gym equipment knowledge

Must-Have

• Female, 22–40 yrs, graduate, REPS/NASM/ACSM certified.

• 2+ yrs experience in gyms, hotels or high-end residential clubs.

• Expertise in functional training, kettlebells, TRX, Pilates reformer & form correction.

• Energetic communicator, fluent English & Hindi.

• CPR/AED qualified,neat professional appearance.
