Job Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:End-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to fulfill current and future hiring needs.
• Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
• Manage recruitment through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role.
• Maintain and update candidate databases for future hiring needs.
• HR Operations:Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Assist in policy development and implementation to enhance organizational culture.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with legal and company regulations.
• Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
